By placing an order for goods through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If you wish to place an order for goods, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any order; and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing and shipment processing third parties for the purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
Shipping estimates are provided by our shipping partners, and are based on a variety of factors. They are not guaranteed and may vary based on the shipping carrier and service selected.
Additionally, the shipping estimates are for the time it takes once the shipping carrier has received the package from us. We are a small business and we do not have a warehouse that is staffed 24/7. We typically ship packages twice a week on Tuesday and Friday, although we may ship more frequently if needed and we may take a few days off for holidays. If we go on vacation, we will post a notice on the website indicating that there will be a delay in shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
Any goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Store Policies and our Returns Policy (see below). Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel your order.
We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
Some digital goods cannot be returned, due to their nature (please see the above section regarding your order cancellation rights). If the goods can be returned, they must be returned within 21 days from the purchase date.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original salable condition. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We encourage customers to get tracking and insurance for returned shipments.
Before sending anything back, please Contact Us to request a refund authorization. You will be asked to provide a proof of purchase.
A full or partial refund will be issued. Outbound shipping fees are non refundable. If the returned goods are digital, they will be removed from your account.
If your goods arrive damaged or defective, please Contact Us within 7 days from delivery with proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged package. We will arrange for a return and/or replacement.
We are constantly updating our offerings of goods and services. The goods available may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information regarding our goods and services.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time prior to accepting an order.
The prices quoted may be revised subsequent to accepting an order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, you will have the right to cancel Your order.
All goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
If we receive a chargeback from your credit card or your payment is reversed in any other way, your order will be canceled and reversed. Additionally, your account may be restricted from making future purchases.
