What kind of glue is best to use?
We recommend Dupont's "Seal All", Bond Corporation "527 Cement", and Testor's "Wood Fiber Glue". White glues that work best include Alleen's "Tacky Glue" and Elmer's "Glue All". The thicker the white glue, the better. Glues can be found at hardware, craft and stationery stores. Testor's glue and AG Non-Toxic Tacky Glue are available a the Whitewings Online Store.

What is the best technique for gluing?
Apply the glue evenly and quickly. Then stick the pieces together immediately, making sure that they do not slip out of position. Pieces without enough glue will not form a tight bond resulting in weak construction and poor flying performance. To make your fuselage sturdy, try placing newly glued pieces inside the two halves of a folded piece of scrap paper and pressing out the excess glue with your fingers. Spread several layers of large scrap paper over a desk or other flat surface so glue doesn’t get all over. Set the newly glued main wing and fuselage on top of the scrap paper to dry for at least 5-6 hours.
